Overnight Proats

I used to think that cold porridge was the work of the devil but this summer, with the need to have something I could chuck in the car to eat after early morning client sessions, I finally gave overnight oats a try. The absolute best bit about them is that they are just so easy and so versatile.

This is my go to but you can mix it up with different fruit and play around with different spices depending on what you have to hand.

Ingredients:

  • 50g Oats
  • 1/5 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1 apple grated
  • 1/5 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/5 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 50g Skyr Simply Natural yoghurt

Method:

This is the best bit. Wait for it. Chuck it all in a sealable container (Kilner Jar, Tuperware, Elephant Box) stir, and put it in the fridge. Done.
