This group training programme offers a mix of strength training and cardio in a fun, energetic class. Maximum of 8 people per class.

Classes: 6.30am & 6.00pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Monthly Cost: 3 sessions per week £100 (£8.30 per session)|| 2 sessions per week £67 (8.30 per session)

Semi Private training

If you want to get strong as well as get in shape then this class, for a maximum of 4 people, is the one for you. Focusing on progressive strength training you will benefit from plenty of time with your trainer, working on your own personalised programme with the added support of a small group of likeminded classmates.

Classes: 9.30am Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Monthly Cost: 3 sessions per week £175 (£14.50 per session)|| 2 sessions per week £117 (£14.60 per session)
